Food Collabs Based on Anime and More
There are food collabs based on anime, video games and other forms of multimedia franchises. Recently, there is a food collab with Kpop Demon Hunter and McDonalds based on hit Netflix movie. Different types of meals such as Huntrix are based on Lunch that includes Fried Fries, Chicken Nuggets with demon dipping sauce along with large drink. Saja Boys meal includes hashbrowns, Egg McMuffin with Sausage with large drink. This collaboration started in March 31,2026 and has been a hit on social media. Each meal comes with postcards featuring main characters.
I have recently seen some ramen noodles tied with Kpop Demon Hunter at Street’s Market as seen on Instagram post. Make sure to watch Kpop Demon Hunters on Netflix along with my review on the movie. Anyways in this blogpost, I will be listing down food collaborations that fandom go wild for.
One Piece X Popeyes
One Piece is the number one selling manga in Japan and no stranger for collabs. Recently, I have tried One Piece X Popeyes Bento Box Bundle (video below). One Piece Bento Box includes Chopper Cupcake, 2-pieces of chicken along with biscuit. Your choice with sides like mac n cheese, Cajun fries, mashed potatoes or coleslaw. Top it off with Gum Gum Devil Fruit lemonade drink. Well, One Piece has a lot of food collaborations throughout that I can’t name them all. You have to research them on your own.
Overwatch X Kellogg’s
Yes, your favorite support character Lucio has his own cereal called Lucio-Oh’s. The cereal is very similar to Cheerios that has vanilla-flavored color scheme of green and yellow based on his abilities. The box comes with loot box boost to get cosmetics and other sorts of items on Overwatch. This collab started in December 2018 as part of partnership with Blizzard Entertainment and Kellogg’s. I recently owned the cereal and enjoyed it because it amped up my breakfast. I am sure that you can still get it at Ebay or Amazon.
Squid Game
The hit Korean Netflix tv show, Squid Game has couple of food ties like KFC, Bibigo and Jack Link’s Beef Jerky. Squid Game is another contender of collaborations because how popular franchise is. Personally, I don’t see any tie-ins in USA, but other countries do this tie-in. I already did a review on season two, feel free to check it out. Will these food tie-ins, a red or green light? Sonic X IHop
IHop and Sega have a partnership for breakfast lovers out there. There are pancakes and other breakfast meals based on your favorite Sonic the Hedgehog characters. I did a video on social media about it (feel free to watch). Also, there is a tie-in bonus for Sonic Superstars 2023 video game including skins and other rewards. Do you want a knuckle sandwich? There are other food tie-ins out there and I am surprised Sonic’s fast-food restaurant didn’t do a tie-in.
Genshin Impact
Mihoyo and Pizza Hut did a collaboration in Malaysia. This meal comes with fires, pieces of pizza and cards with different characters. Don’t forget a large cola drink, but this is not the first. McDonald also has a food-tie in with Genshin Impact along with Yfood energy beverages. How can I forget about KFC, which is popular in Asian culture. Sadly, there is not in America, but I haven’t played Genshin in years because lack of motivation to do so.
Wicked
I have recently watched Wicked for Good along with pervious movie and there has to be collab with them. General Mills has cupcake mix featuring pink and green based on the main characters Elphaba along with Glinda the Good Witch. Takis snacks have flavors with two main characters as well. Starbucks has flavored drinks and Dunkin Doughnuts has bundle as well. Make sure to buy Wicked on Dvd/Digital/Bluray on Amazon. I would recommend watching this if you’re a fan of The Wizard of Oz.
Stranger Things
As Stranger Things season 5 ended along with airing animated series. This franchise has a lot of food collabs such as Eggo Waffles (which Eleven eats), Chip Ahoy and other snacks as well. Don’t forget about Totino’s Pizza Rolls, Burger King with Upside Down Whopper and Scoops Ahoy went Steve works at Ice Cream shop in season 3. Even though KFC has a tie-in with them, Dunder Brothers must make a lot of money for these collabs along with Netflix. Feel free to watch Stranger Things on Netflix on your own.
Other food tie-ins
There is Pokemon food tie-ins because I remember eating the cereal back went, I was growing up. Other Nintendo characters have food collabs like Super Mario Bros. Disney characters have food tie-ins as well. Marvel characters like Daredevil collabs with Blaze Pizza. Minecraft has cereal and other gaming franchises like Fallout along with Fortnite. Celebrities like Shaq, Taylor Swift and Travis Scott work with some food companies for potential collaborations.

Hatsune Miku, The Hot Ones and Hello Kitty have some collaborations for food lovers out there. Pop culture has taken over your taste buds.
