One last thing, there is a 3 vs 3 battle which operates like tactical rpg but each member has to acquire the most spaces to win. Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth -Hacker’s Memory is turning into one of my favorite rpgs of all time next to Final Fantasy VII. I haven’t played 2025 Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth yet, but I am glad I got this for free for PlayStation Plus Essential Monthly Games April 2025. I think it’s because it was Digimon 50th Anniversary and new project is coming out. This is the second Digimon game I ever played since World back on PlayStation. I love how it’s very easy and straightforward with its mechanics, who are veterans of JRPGs.

Thoughts on Digimon Story Cyber Slueth Hacker’s Memory

During my playthrough of Hacker’s Memory, I got up to speed on what is happening after the event of 2015 game. I love the dialogue between Keisuke and Hudie along with his best friend Yu (who I think he is love with protagonist). I have been grinding for hours to level up my Digimon and uncover the story. DigiFarm makes things interesting like putting Digimon in training courses, allowing them to find items and cases that later can be added to BBS. Also, recreation lined from Digimon Adventures and Tamers, which I grew up with these shows. Hacker’s Memory is an average role-playing game that’s Digimon fandom will enjoy, if you are new to gaming franchises. There are many possibilities to choose from went assemble your dream team. Sometimes dialogue tries to drown out the fighting and get tiresome.

Story keeps players interested in what protagonists are dealing with. There are some elements from tv shows like Erika has an illness similar to Kairi from Digimon Adventure. I have yet to see Frontier characters in the game. Probably, later down went I get closer to finishing the game. I enjoy the soundtrack as well went Digimon battle which gets me pumped. There is DLC that can be brought separately and in the base game as well. The main artist who did the character designs is Suzuhito Yasuda (known as Danmachi and Durarara!!). Composer is Masafumi Takada who works on No More Heroes and more. I really enjoy the game’s plot, battle system and exploring new worlds. People’s social media accounts get hacked all the time. Other make money as hackers in Federal Government jobs, if you’re in to IT.
