
Real Job vs Content Creator
We live in a capitalism world, where a real job help you sustain your way of living. In human nature we must survive to live your best life. Working a job can help your build skills, wealth and buy necessities. Let just say without workers how will this society run. While we were taught in school how to get a great education or decent job. While your parent had to work to take care of you, they had no choice but to work. They might have to sacrifice their dreams and goals to raise you. Nowadays, some Gen-Z doesn’t have to work because of cost of living, toxic environment and etc. You can see them complaining about it on social media sites like TikTok, Instagram and more. I don’t blame them for venting on their socials and want a change.

People see successful influencers like ThatDaneshGuy, Tizzyent and many more in that circle. But it took them years to grow their presence and had a part time job as well. You must research and see what works along with algorithm and trending topics. Hashtags could be use as well on social media for your post to get exposure. Influencers get brand deals and invited to events due to their large following. There was a story on Disney influencer passed away at event because of food allergies. It was the same story of a woman with nut allergy passed away at Disney restaurant and her husband tires to sue. Due to him after Disney Plus, that lawsuit has been dismissed and people were upset about it.

Sometimes these influencer go to jail like Johnny Somail for being a nuisance in Korea. Content creator lifestyle is not all candies and rainbow like John Cena says in Kai Cenat stream. Some influencer and content creators quit to go back into 9-5 rat race. . Most people look into content creator or entrepreneurship which is not an easy feat or industry to get into. It takes time and money to get where your journey would end up. Most small content creators have the same goals and agenda as you. They want to grow their following and have community. There are some jealously and decepition amongus creators in general. A video going around that “content creator are fake” which is vaild argument in industry.
Some content creator are backstabbers and end it for themselves. You have to watch out for them like for example Dragon Ball Sparkling Zero discussion that a content creator had a problem with each other. That’s people say don’t trust nobody but everyone is not shady person. Yes, some content creator are bad actor putting on a bad performance. You have to ignore them and move on with your journey. Don’t become like them at all. Myself, I intended to stay away from drama but I will keep doing me. While content creation could be rewarding for some out there. Some felt down and give up because it doesn’t work out for them.
Quit your Real Job
You shouldn’t quit real job because it’s a safety net for upgrading your equipment. If you quit your real job and went into content creation full time. You will be in trouble because making passive icome is not stable enough for paying for nessesaries. I am not saying it’s a waste of time and don’t do it. You have to think outside the box and work smarter. Acutelate funds before leaving your job, if you make more than your job than go for it. Make sure you pay taxes and get health insurance along the way. I see people fail at doing research on this. Glad I didn’t quit my job to become a full time content creator knowing that I will fail. I understand nowadays people don’t want to work because cost of living is high.

Being a content creator is sort of a pile dream for most. Followers do tell them to get a real job because they didn’t see success. I understand people don’t like Influencer begging for money and get turn off by it. I would say both content creator and real job are not safe. Your job can lay you off quick (just look at Covid-19 Pandemic) and how alot of American was out of work. During the pandemic, people found new things to entertain themselves and making money online. Some small business did close up and others try to stay alfloat. Content creation does help people like $20 dollar Thanksgiving video from Rebecca Chobat. People think being a content creator is bad and make prank videos.

Content creation opens doors for opportunties and have the freedom to express yourself. In my opnion, I love being to content creator and I get barred with negativity comments. I didn’t let it keep me down at all. Always needed to push myself every and achieve my goals. If you want to get into content creation, I am rooting for you to do it.
