Level Up – Video Game Restaurants In Near Me

Gaming Resturants

Video Game Restaurants in DMV

I been to some video game restaurants in DMV throughout my life. There is some that went out of business for a very long time. We are not talking about G-Fuel and Sneak Energy drinks or Dubbz in this article. That’s another one coming in the future but if you are going out with friends, family and co-workers. You find a place where gaming and food are available for all. In this blogpost, I will name some that’s in my area. Personally, I never been outside of the DMV, but if you have any suggestions comment down below. Anyways, I haven’t been to some in a year, but hopefully, you guys can support them and visit. Let’s start with the first one I went on my last birthday.

Beat the bomb is a fun and interactive for the whole family. The goal is to complete a series of games, but you have to work together. The amazing part of Beat the Bomb is getting splash with paint. You can spectate and enjoy food and have a blast. Note: you have to put on hazard suits, which was kind of weird. There is limited number of players that can partake in these events. There are several locations to choose from. Check out Beat the Bomb and book your event today.

Punch Bowl Social

Punch Bowl Social is the place I am doing to on my birthday weekend. Someone recommended this restaurant to me, and I would think its worth checking out. Punch Bowl Social has food, bowling, karaoke and arcade machines. You will have to buy for them separately, but its great food for the whole family, friends and colleagues. I might do an update on my birthday week in March, so stay tune. Anyways, I can’t wait to try it out and I had to put this on the list. It’s very similar to Dave N Busters but speaking of that. That’s next on the list, make sure to visit them, if you are in the area.

Dave N Busters

Dave N Busters is the go-to place for birthday parties and having a great time. You can play arcade games and eat delicious food. I am remember going to Dave N Busters has a kid playing Saturday Night Slam Masters with 4 players. Note: This was the arcade version not SNES where its 2 players, but I might be wrong. In my opinion, this was 10 times better than Chuck E Cheese combine. If you play games, there is a card that you must purchase to get points for prizes. It just like a carnival win games get prizes. I know Dave N Busters in your area, stop by and bring a friend.

Boardwalk Bar & Arcade is a little video game restaurant by Wharf in Washington DC. There is arcade machine, basketball and tabletop games. They have waterfront like food like Hotdog, Tacos and sandwiches that you can enjoy. Also, you got to have your drinks and wi-fi as well, for surfing along with watching ocean view. Go visit if you are in the DMV area. You can book an event and enjoy beachfront, tell me about your experience in Boardwalk Bar & Arcade.

Players Club is about playing old school arcade games and cocktails. It’s a basement bar located in Washington DC at Dupont Circle. The bar has a rooftop as well for folks, who love the outdoors. Players Club lounge is right by Shack Shack and I think you can bring it as well. There are table-top games as well. Check out their website for store hours and booking events as well. Personally, I don’t drink alcohol, but if you venture there, let me know your thoughts on this place.

Closing

Those are my picks of video game restaurants but there are others like Hook Hall, THROW Social and many more. Remember don’t get to drunk or its game over for you, I am just joking. Some of the places I have been to, but I will discover more in the near future. Just wanted to thank you for reading this blogpost. I have something to confess that, I am an introvert and things getting expensive due to Trump administration. Going out to eat is pretty limited for me sorry. Anyways, have a great day and I see you in the next blogpost
