Thoughts on High-Flying Adventure
Tweety High-Flying Adventure is a mattie and average movie. Animation is very jarring and looks like a television special than actually movie. There are jokes that younger audiences will get or not. Songs are very out of place and drag the movie down. It great to hear your favorite voice actors like Joe Alaskey, June Foray, Jim Cummings and Jeff Bennett. Also, happy to see your favorite Looney Tunes make cameos throughout the film. Note: Aoogah makes an appearance in King Tweety, which I am going to review next. If you are Looney Tunes fan, check out this Tweety’s High-Flying Adventure. I remember seeing this on commercial during early 2000s in KidsWB or something like that.

Tweety got his catchphrases “I tawt I tawt a puddy tat” and “I did I did taw a puddy tat”. It was great to see old school slapstick that Looney Tunes is known for. I can’t get enough of Tweety, even he turns evil in Loonatics Unleashed. Anyways, if you want to buy VHS and DVD, its available on Amazon to buy. Let me know what you think of Tweety’s High Flying Adventure in the comments. Now, lets get to King Tweety which comes after High Flying Adventure. Fun Fact: Daffy Duck was ranting about why didn’t get his own movie. In 2025, he does along with Porky Pig called “The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie”. I forgot about Gameboy of Tweety’s High-Flying Adventure game as well.
King Tweety
King Tweety is animated movie released on November 19, 2022 (although DVD was June, 14, 2022). The plot is about Granny, Sylvester and Tweety hears a news story that Aoogha is missing. Tweety calls to replace Aoogha because due to same feathers. The trio files from New York to the Bird Kingdom, where they are greeted by Diego. Diego is Aoogha royal advisory and main antagonist of the flim. Tweety is now crowned king of the bird kingdom. Diego panders Tweety on getting everything he wanted even inviting Sylvester (due to cats not allowed in the kingdom) along with Granny. During a coronation ball, Diego is talking to his dog guards about overthrowing Tweety just like he did Aoogha.

Sylvester overhears it and tells Tweety about Diego’s plan to get rid of him. Tweety dismisses it along with Granny stating that “he wouldn’t hurt a fly”. Diego begins activities to get rid of Tweety, but Sylvester stops him. After the day is done, Diego comes up with a plan again to overthrow Tweety and Sylvester ease drops. Sylvester gets caught and Diego frames him along with kidnapping Tweety. Two bird police officers arrest Sylvester and interrogate him what happen to Tweety. Granny helps Sylvester escape and rescues Tweety along with Aoogha. Diego arrives and takes two birds feathers to complete his boa. Transforming Diego to a powerful version of himself, the trio (Tweety, Aoogha and Slyvester) takes him down using power of family.
Thoughts on King Tweety
Diego defeated and Aoogha is rightful heir to the throne. Tweety, Sylvester and Granny resumes their vacation in bird kingdom. King Tweety is a fun mattie and way better than High-Flying Adventure. Animation reminds me of Adventure Time and Regular Show in some way. Eric Bauza did it again with voicing main characters of the movie. Jokes seems outdated like “fresh to death” which is from early 2000s. There are some songs, but I didn’t have a problem with it this time. In the film, they put jokes too much and get tiresome like an annoying kid in school. King Tweety has some slapstick but very modernize in some way. Its not like early 2000s, where kids get a kick out of.

I might watch more Looney Tune movies like Space Jam and many others. King Tweety and Sylvester learn a valuable lesson on family like any other movie or shorts. We don’t get to see many bird and cat antics in the movie. That was missing in this movie, but it was still enjoyable regardless. You can watch King Tweety on HBO Max or buy DVD on Amazon. Let me know in the comments. Thank you for reading this blogpost and I hope to see you on the next one.
