Zozo and the Lost Dream is a 2D platformer adventure mix with metriodvania indie game developed by Red Dunes and Agate handling publishing. The plot is about a 13 year boy named Zozo, who stumble in a land of dreams which he re-imagining himself has a hero. Zozo is accompanied by his childhood friend Aisha, who is a genius inventor and assist Zozo in his adventure. In the realm of dreams, Zozo meets up with characters, for example, a genie named Alayla, who rules over the land of Dessert Desert. Zozo main weapon is a pillow that can stun enemies and knock them down.
There are other tools like Glum Glove which you can stick to walls. Fast travel is in this game that has a hammock and Dandelion. During that time, you can restore health because there is no pickups other than marbles. Marbles allow Zozo to unlock new abilities and upgrade. There is also Chocoheart, which you have to pick up four of them to boost your health. Zozo and The Last Dream is a colorful game with Saturday morning cartoon vibe. The game release date is Q3 2026 and demo is available to play on Steam.
Formula 2.5 – T&T
Formula 2.5 is a retro style racing indie game developed by T&T. The game is self-explanatory, you can pick a car and track to race in. Formula 2.5 offers weather system like rain and sun, depending on the players choice. The control is very easy like accelerate, breaks and many more. Forumula is cars from 1960 to early 2000s with different colors. There are game modes like career or single race with AI racers. You can wishlist the game and try out Formula demo on Steam. Release date is sometime in 2026.
Changeable Guardian ESTIQUE – Cat Hui Trading LLC and AMATA Games
Changeable Guardian Estique is a retro style shmups shooter developed by Cat Hui Trading LLC and Amata Games handle publishing rights. The plot is about two ace pilots Mary and Kanon fighting against evil space pirates named “Van-De-Raus” from talking over Earth. Changeable Guardian Estique offer old school NES control scheme with a new twist. You play as a robot named Estique, who can change shape form into Fighter to Robot mode at any given time. Players can toggle between and pick up powerups as well. There is two graphics FC and NES, which offers different stories.
AMATA Games
Changeable Guardian Estique also has CRT filter for nostalgic look and rewind features, which you see in emulators. Controller and keyboard is accessible in Etisque and has six stages that includes bosses. Gallery mode is for players who want to listen to music, look at concept art and more. Too Hold to be True is a FMV adventure indie game developed by Storytaco. The plot is revolves an owner of Seaside guesthouse named Gong Juin, who has to find a bride before his parents arrive. Throughout the game, your goal is to interact with 5 female heroine Suah (childhood friend), Gyeoul, Jinny, Ejung and Cherry. Just like any FMV game, there is multiple routes and endings based on player choices. Each route has a different storyline and getting closer to each character. Sometimes you have to make a choice that can be difficult. Too Hot to be True is available August 2026 and demo is available on Steam.
Signy & Mino: Against All Gods – AN Productions and Armor Games Studios
Signy & Mino: Against All Gods is a Turn-Based role-playing game developed by AN Productions and Armor Game Studios handing publishing. The plot is a girl named Signy who fights alongside her dog Mino against Augur, a god of Magma. The gameplay revolves around tag-team and combos enemies to win. Signy can use her staff to extend combo and Mino can dig up enemies along with launching them in the air. Some enemies can be defeat with power move which costs meter to perform. Signy & Mino has 2.5D graphics along with animated scenes. Signy and Mino can unlock skills with grinding for expo.
Signy and Mino Against all Gods is very beginner friendly and you can dodge enemies attack as well. Don’t worry demo tutorial will show you how to play. There is chests and save point throughout the game. Signy and Mino demo is available now on Steam and release date is July, 20, 2026.
Memory of Memorie: A Chill Story – Bexide Inc
Memory of Memorie: A Chill Story is a story-driven productive indie game developed by Bexide Inc. The plot is abut an apprentice witch named Memorie , who works in her Elmana Villiage to perfected her magic. You are from another world, which Memorie can interact with and ask questions. During that you can Promodoro timer to help Memoir to focus on her work. Players can set the time, pause, stop and fast forward. This allows Memoir to level up and unlock new stories. Also, unlock new scenery, objects in her room and many more.

Hyper Bun Buster: Rocket Hammer Action – DUCK_BERE
Hyper Bun Buster: Rocket Hammer Action is an arcade style indie game developed by Duck_Bere. The game is about a bunny girl named Tess, who armed with a big hammer that smashes enemies into next week. Hyper Bun Buster is about fighting waves of enemies and dodging attacks in dungeons. Tess can get powerups and has 12 stages. There is 4-player online with rollback netcode along with playing offline. Adventure and arcade mode is available to try out for yourself, also there is practice, for whose who is rusty at the game. Can you get S rank in these dungeons? Hyper Bun Buster: Rocket Hammer Action demo is available now and release is sometime in 2026.

Zozo and The Lost Dreams blew me with its presentation and I might buy the game because it reminds me of Shantae: The Half Genie Hero. Memory of Memorie is a game I was not used to and becoming first Lofl game I ever played. Signy and Mino has amazing tag-team battle system which stands out along becoming one of the best indie rpg in 2026. Hyper Bun Buster will be better playing with 4 players than alone and very colorful 16-bit style game. I also loving the soundtrack as well. You gotta love these indie developers bring back retro style like Changeable Guardian Esitque and Formula 2.5.
