Building Relationships is a cozy dating adventure indie game developed by Tan Art Games (Tanat Boozayaangool). The game is about bachelor pad on a mysterious island trying to find the meaning of life. In Building Relationships, you can interact with other houses and develop relationships with. There are objectives in the game like DYI panic table and many more. Building relationship have other activities like fishing and going on dates. In the game there is collectibles around the island. The game graphics reminds you old PS1 game with quirky dialogue as well.

There are types of characters like Tents and many more. Building Relationships will have you rolling in the flowerbed and off the island coast. The demo is available on Steam and release date is sometime in 2026. If you want a funny game featuring houses, then try it out yourself.

Artius Pure Imagination – Pvic Games and Indie Ark

Artius Pure Imagination is a 2d platformer indie game develped by Pvic Games and Indie Ark handles publishing. The plot is about four artist named Pierre, Walter, Rene and Guga who stop a jealous university student Piovolo, who cease magical artius book to take over Rupestrine. The game is very similar to Sonic The Hedgehog and Pizza Tower but players take control of four playable characters with unique abilities. Pierre can use pain projectiles, Walter can print photos to use for extra jump, Guga has swimming expert and Rene utilize rocket jump.

Other characters can help along the way and Artius has vibrant artstyle and levels in the game. This game is very fast pace, stopping enemies, riding on the bus to get to next stage. Has animated cutscenes with funny dialogue and possibly has a boss fight along the way. Artius Pure Imageination is a very artistic adventure and feel free to try out the demon on Steam and release date has yet to be announced.

Space Slinger – 8bitdits, lildyll and D^2

Space Slinger is a retro bullet hill shooter indie by 8bitsdits and Ilidyll. D^2 is handling publishing for the game. The game is about a traveler who fight off ailens with his pistol. Space Slinger features arcade style graphic and randomly generated enemies coming on screen. It has cosmetics which as hats, faces and 20+ powerful weapon to choose from. Players explore 5 levels and 40 enemies to defeat. It also, features a rogue-like system to select your 150 perks. There are five lives and but lose them its game over.

Space Slinger reminds you of the 1980s video game mix with saloon music. You will be need by shooting as well. Space Sligner is demo is available now on Steam and release date is Q3 2026.

Maximum Thunderness – Berzerk Studio

Maximum Thunderness is a action rogue-like indie game developed by Berzerk Studio. The plot is about group of heroes named “Maximum Thunderness” who defend earth from alien race called S.K.U.L.L. Player can choose different characters with unique abilities. Maximum Thunderness has a dynamic reload quick time event and have you fight off waves of aliens. Players can earn cash to buy food and alien space rock for trading. Maximum Thunderness offers local and online to play with a friend. You have to overcome obstacles between levels and fight bosses as well.

The game is about power of friendship and have to work together in a couch co-op to save earth, Also, has a soundtrack that reminds me of Saturday morning cartoon and Konami beat’em up. If you want a run and gun rogue-like, then try out Maximum Thunderness demo on Steam and release date is sometime in 2026.

Verde – Antimeta Studio

Verde is a city management simulation indie game developed by Antimeta Studio. The goal of the game is to create a two for plant being called Seedlets. Also, you play about a university student named Verde and an owl named Fa. In Verde, you have to complete objectives like expansion regions, putting flowerbeds and markets for Seedlets. Each house need nutrient, water and social places for keeping for being isolated. The game is very easy to play for beginners and meeting Seedlets demands. Once you complete objectives, players can earn rewards to unlock new places and more.

Verde is a very cozy game if you’re fan of Sim City. Also has pleasant atmosphere like running your own city of Seedlets. Each items cost plant and can be customize, also can be save as presets as well. Verde demo is available on Steam and release date is coming soon. If you want a cozy town management game, I would recommended checking this one out.

Pawsome Resort – Pixel Puffs and GameDev.ist

Pawsome Resort is sandbox farm simulation indie game developed by Pixel Puffs and GaveDev.ist handle the publishing of this game. The game is about starting your own animal daycare resort in Pebble Town. Pawesome Resort is very similar to Stardew Valley and experience countryside. Players can take care of animals like cats, lambs, horses and many more. Customers can request you to take care of them, while there are gone and come back to pick them up. While watching over furry ones, players can experience main story like saving a little creatures from a witch.

Pawsome Resort is not just talking care animals but yourself as well. You can buy furniture, food for animals and customize your own habitat along with expansion by talking to lumberjack, There is missions to complete with rewards as well. Pawsome Resort is available now on Steam and you can try demo, you if want cozy simulation like Harvest Moon.

Lou’s Lagoon – Tiny Roar/Megabit Publishing/Rokaplay

Lou’s Lagoon is a cozy exploration adventure indie game developed by Tiny Roar. The plot is about your uncle Lou is gone missing after a huge storm. Uncle’s niece goes to Limbo Archielago to help inhabitants to rebuilding around the island. You are armed with Swirler that can collect scraps and many more resources to help you in your journey. Players can complete objectives, buy or trade items and meets characters like Fridge. Lou’s Lagoon offers challenges and having players to think. Crafting is a huge part of this game as well.

The game demo is available on Steam and available to release in August 27, 2026. Also, Lou Lagoon reminds me of Slime Rancher, which main protagonist has a vacuum as well. If you want a colorful crafting game, I would give this game a chance.

Closing

I really enjoy Lou Lagoon because exploration and cozy feel as well. Verde is very beginner friendly and I haven’t played a city management in forever. Artius Pure Imagination was very color and fun to play along with Building Relationships. Also, felt that Space Slinger can be play in Pizza arcade, Pawsome Resort is a game for animal lover as well.
